The Beautiful Double Room was spacious with a great kitchen setup. The location can be noisy due to nearby nightlife.

Disappointed with level of cleaning and maintenance. If they don't approve this the hotel is looking sloppy quick.

The place seems to be newly refurbished. So everything is in a good conditions. The price is commensurate to the condition of the hotel.

The front staffs and room service are unhelpful.

The room was impressively spacious and had a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. The hotel’s location was peaceful yet close to vibrant nightlife, but the noisy air conditioning affected my sleep.

I used it by a family vacation. I accessed it by car from Bangkok.The place is very easy to find. I was high-quality very widely and about the room was very good.

The Grand Suite with Double Bed was impressively spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy bed. I loved the air conditioning's performance. The dressing room offered plenty of space for all my belongings.

U gave me a laundry bag. I placed my dirty clothes, u want it chargeable at 100 baht during check-out. There was no notification that says it is chargeable. Also, I had a tissue box the first day. On the second day, when I came back into the room (after u guys make up the room), I realized the tissue box missing. This, u had me to pay 250baht. What are all these about?

Noisy aircon/no explaination in room of restaurant,telephone...ext/poor breakfast/minimart ready for extension of products as cold cuts,cheese,bread,wine,sigarettes,pastries,chocolates...even a good vacume packed steaks.../deepfreezer or fridge products for microwave.More garbage places in room and hotel.TV:TV5?BVN?this are free channels for french spoken and Dutch spoken people.

The staff was accommodating, guiding us with local language help and transport options. The cleanliness was perfect, and the breakfast offered a good fusion of flavors.

The check-in process felt a bit slow and crowded, frustrating at times.

Room condition is very clean & new. I booked a studio room but the size is bigger than what I expected. Staff is polite and service-mind.

I like the swimming pool and sauna room

Clean excellent value hotel with a clean pool and a convenient location just next door to other activities, the main attractions in Pattaya and all the nightlife bars and restaurants. A pleasant way to end my trip.

The pool area is great, spacious enough for lounging and relaxation after a long day.

Full-sized refrigerator, microwave oven toaster and all utensils, pots pans plates have available. All my friends and I were pleased with everything satisfactory at the hotel. What if there's nothing negative I can say I can write I would not choose this hotel again and again. Turkish customer too much. I think the hotel management apart rooms of the few tv satellite channels broadcast trt-turk tv channel trt-int tv or cnn or even as an extra added to bbc tv if the tv will be very thankful for the many customers like me. Preferably in the same hotel the next arrivals. Please, please no longer in India, Korean, Russian, German, along with other tv channels, trt-turk want to watch tv. Please, please.
